This inspiring and unique study day is for members of the multidisciplinary team who support families of adults and children with complex needs whether in health, education or social care. Practitioners are equipped to better understand the lives and priorities of families and carers in order to work in partnership in an effective and co-productive way.

Using her own family’s story, anecdotes, current research, reflective practice, group work and discussion, Rachel provides an interactive, dynamic and memorable training day. Every delegate will leave better informed with practical ways to improve their future practice through greater understanding of;
