Communication and co-production with relatives and carers

CPD accredited training

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, Born at the Right Time training has gone on-line. It is now more important than ever to connect with those caring for people with complex needs. This unique and engaging training is now available internationally having already taught delegates across the UK and further afield from Canada, USA, New Zealand, South Africa, Portugal, Ireland and Australia.

All training is hosted by our Founder Rachel Wright and is aimed at practitioners who care for families of children/adults with complex needs. It continues to have all the unique benefits which comes from Rachel being a qualified nurse, unqualified parent and expert by experience with the additional bonus that you can complete the training in your slippers.

All courses stem from a passion to #bridgethegap between those parenting children with disabilities and the professionals who support them. Born at the Right Time training sees effective communication and co-production with families as central to a personalised, holistic and family-centred service. Using research, best practice and lived experience, Born at the Right Time provides interactive and inspiring CPD accredited training. Rachel is an engaging and (occasionally) humorous communicator using lived experience to inject the heart beat of person-centred practice into care provision.
