Why did you write a book?
I didn’t mean to originally. I just wanted to get all the things that have happened since I became a mum, out of my head.

No idea.
How many kids do you have?
Three. S is 13, JJ is 12 and E became the cherry on our family cake four years ago.
How do you do it all?
I don’t. I get help and lots of stuff doesn’t get done.
What did you do today?
I have no idea, but my default is busy so I consciously take resting and Netflix very seriously.
Do you still nurse?
I do more nuring at home than I ever did in a hospital. Since my youngest was born I stopped working in a GP practice as a Diabetes Nurse. My ‘work’ outside of the home now involves writing, training, speaking and promoting books.
