This 3 hour training session helps professionals and practitioners develop their practice in communicating with families.

Each teaching session I deliver is tailored to client experience, setting and learning objectives. The training can be stand alone or part of a larger module of work. It is relevant for those working within education, health and social care, whether they are still undergoing training or have been in the job for years.

I aim to include our family’s story, anecdotes, current research, reflective practice, group work and discussion. Each session is interactive, dynamic and memorable. I expect every learner to leave better informed with practical ways to improve their future practice.
