“An incredibly powerful and thought-provoking series of training sessions. Hearing real-life experiences from parent carers was both humbling and eye-opening, challenging us as professionals to reflect deeply on how we communicate and collaborate with families. Time with Rachel gave our team a renewed appreciation for the emotional and logistical load carried by parent carers every day. This training has not only strengthened our empathy, but also empowered us to be more intentional, respectful, and compassionate in our practice. Truly transformative.”
