Training and Development

Since 2015, Born at the Right Time has worked to bridge the gap between families and Special Educational Needs (SEN), health, and social care. Our aspiration to reduce complaints and develop transformative services stems from our founder Rachel Wright, having the unique perspective of both parent carer and practitioner. Our training courses combine the heart of lived experience, evidence and research, to inspire meaningful, creative and actionable changes to deliver outstanding and collaborative working practices.

We go beyond training – we are dedicated to fostering positive relationships with parents/caregivers while empowering lasting cultural change in teams which increases morale and job satisfaction. With our expert consultancy we enable organisations to develop proactive strategies to build meaningful connections, prevent relationship breakdown and offer solutions for repair when challenges arise.
